Hi! I’m Michell -

I built The Empire Blueprint with you in mind, the female who is doing "all the things", hustling and working hard at success while keeping it all together.  I know what it means to step into the unknown in the face of fear. Let’s just say I know what is meant by the messy transition.

Here’s the thing, I was a people pleaser, hustled for my worth, allowed toxic relationships, lived with daily panic attacks, stress and the constant inner dialogue of, “I’m not enough”. My world was chaotic, stressful and left me feeling overwhelmed and exhausted.

Finally I decided I was done putting myself last, giving my power away and playing small. I was done allowing fear to hold me back and I made the choice to step into my unique gifts. 

I took inspired action on putting myself first. Invested in coaches, courses and certifications.  I focused on the inner work, to change my outer world.  I now am able to impact my clients on a grand scale as I have stepped into my super power - holding space for people.  There is magic on the other side of doing the inner work.
